  • To qualify for scholarship a student must enter 2 X number of single dances and one Multi Dance  for each scholarship they dance.

  • These qualifying free-styles must be in the same level, style, and category as the scholarship.  I.e.: six smooth single dances and one Multi dance event qualifies you for closed scholarship….10 single Latin dances and One Multi Dance Event qualifies you for open scholarship.

  • All scholarship prize money will be paid out in full regardless of number of participant in a final.

                   4th Place $1500.00, (150+ ENTRIES TO QUALIFY)

                    6th Place $ 750.00 (100+ ENTRIES TO QUALIFY)

40-149 ENTRIES = $5.00 BONUS PER ENTRY

 150+ ENTRIES = $10.00 BONUS PER ENTRY

  • YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE IN THE RUNNIG FOR TOP TEACHER TO QUALIFY FOR THIS INCENTIVE!!!!!!!

  • THE BONUS IS PER ENTRY, NOT PER DANCE.

  • No BONUS on free entries ,reduced/ discounted entries or scholarship entries.

 

   

 

 POINT SYSTEM: 

         Allocation of points for calculation of Top Students, Teachers and Studios will be awarded on the following basis:

  • Each entry 1 point

  • 1st place 8 points

  • 2nd place 7 points

  • 3rd place 6 points

  • 4th place 5 points

  • 5th place 4 points

  • 6th place 3 points

  • 7th place 2 points

  • 8th place 1 point

  • Each recall 1 point

  • Adult Multi-dance entries: Double above points.

  • No deduction taken for uncontested events.

  •  Free or Junior discounted events 50% points. 

     Top Teacher will receive 50% points on Student/Student entry
